Walkways and balconies

In addition to roof walkways Proctor UK offer a high performance, cold applied application for refurbishment and new build pedestrian walkway and balcony projects. Rapid curing characteristics significantly reduce installation time - ideal in busy pedestrian areas. Once applied, the solution is waterproof, seamless and resistant to UV, dilute acids, alkalis, oil, petrol and diesel.

Two pack epoxy (water and solvent based)

Give protection to concrete, metal, asphalt and other surfaces with resin based coatings. We have a variety of high build, abrasion resistant coatings suitable for heavy industrial use, food and drink factories or preparation areas, warehouses, hygienic areas and pharmacuetical plants.

Quick dry

Floor paint is based on a tough acrylic resin formulation providing a quick drying, low odur finish. Ideal for light traffic areas where low odour and minimum disruption times are important. Three coats can be applied in one day. These rapid cure coatings are flexible, UV stable and hygienic and therefore suitable for a variety of applications including laboratories, warehouses, corridors, balconies, packing areas and plant rooms.

Anti-slip

There are certain areas in the workplace, in pedestrian areas and, in some cases, entire floors where an anti-slip surface is required such as steps, ramps and loading bays. Proctor UK uses a coating with a silica quartz based powder added to give smooth floor coatings a tough and durable slip resistant performance.
